- Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request an exchange.
- Conditions: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Please have your proof of purchase ready.
- Important First Step: Please reach out to us to start the exchange process before you ship anything back. Returns sent without a prior request won’t be processed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- What if Your Size is Gone? If we’re out of the size you need, you can either pick a different item of the same value or we can give you a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Canceling an Order: If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before it ships. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
