Shipping policy

  • When Your Order Ships: Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work! We’ll have it processed and shipped within two business days. 
  • For Our International Customers: The price you pay includes taxes, but it doesn’t cover any customs duties or import fees your country may charge. You’ll be responsible for those fees.
  • Enjoy Free Shipping! We’re happy to offer free standard shipping to all our customers around the world. We’ll send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
  • In Case of Delays: We partner with reliable couriers, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our control. We appreciate your patience if this occurs.
  • Sold Out Items: While rare, if an item you’ve purchased is no longer available, we will give you a full refund. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to show up in your bank account.
